Ora_Parse

Description

int ora_parse ( int cursor_ind, string sql_statement, int defer)

This function parses an SQL statement or a PL/SQL block and associates it with the given cursor.

Zwraca TRUE w przypadku sukcesu, FALSE w przypadku porażki.
